Order Processing and Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days. However, in rare cases, if we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank’s resolution period.

Refunds

• Once the refund is processed, it will be reflected in your source account within 5-7 working days.
• If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, kindly reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns under the following condition:

• The product must be damaged in transit and verified by our customer support team.
• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product and only after confirmation from our support team.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Cancellations and Return to Origin (RTO)

• If you cancel an order after processing, a deduction of ₹50 will be applied from your refund.
• For Return to Origin (RTO), where the order has already left our warehouse, a ₹100 deduction will be applied to the refund.
