Upon completing your order on our website, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. As a registered member, you can additionally monitor your order’s progress in the “MY ACCOUNT” section. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please reach out to us at sales@lovefromplanet.com with your order number.

Once your order has been placed, we kindly request that you refrain from making changes to your address, phone number, or product details, as our processing and dispatch times are swift. While we understand the occasional need for adjustments, we encourage customers to reach out to us at sales@lovefromplanet.com for any assistance required. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the order has not yet left our warehouse, we would be more than happy to provide assistance. Please feel free to reach out to us at sales@lovefromplanet.com for further support and guidance.

We kindly request your understanding that once purchased, our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, we would be grateful if you could contact us promptly at sales@lovefromplanet.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (as beyond this timeframe, the product is not eligible for exchange). Please ensure to include your order invoice and a photograph of the damaged product for our assistance.

Refunds for all approved transactions will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll notice the reimbursement reflected in your bank statement promptly if the payment was made online.

We kindly ask that you understand that, during our SALE period, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for orders placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Our team typically processes all domestic orders within a timeframe of 1 to 5 business days. You can anticipate receiving your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date of processing. For areas that are more remote or challenging to reach, please allow for a delivery window of 5 to 7 business days
